This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website (https://pixelorbit.studio) and use our services, including the Contact Us form and information related to our Android applications (such as Nebula Notes).

  • Information You Provide Directly: Our Contact Us form asks for your name, email address, subject, the product your message relates to, your message, and an optional file attachment (such as a document or screenshot). The form’s message handler is not yet connected, so submissions are not currently transmitted to us or stored anywhere — the page tells you so when you submit and asks you to email us directly instead. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message.

  • Automatically Collected Information: Our website is a static site. It does not run analytics, does not set cookies, and does not store anything in your browser. As with any website, the server that delivers our pages may keep standard access logs — typically including IP address, browser user-agent and the page requested — for the purpose of serving and securing the site.

  • Information from Our Apps: For information about data collection and processing within our Android apps (e.g. Nebula Notes), please refer to the specific privacy policy provided for each app.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Attachments may include documents, images, or other files relevant to your inquiry (e.g. feature requests, bug reports, screenshots). The form accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, PNG and JPG files up to 10 MB.
  • The form does not currently send anything. Because nothing reaches us, no submissions or attachments are stored, and no retention period applies yet. When message handling goes live this section will be updated to describe where submissions are stored and how long attachments are kept.
  • We do not share your contact form information with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not use cookies on this website, and we do not store anything in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, and no similar tracking technologies. We do not run any analytics or traffic-measurement service.

Some content embedded from other companies can set its own cookies in your browser when it loads. The map on our Contact page is served by OpenStreetMap and is the only embedded content of that kind on the site. See Third-Party Services below, and use your browser settings if you would like to block or clear cookies set by embedded content.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services, such as:

  • Google Fonts — our pages load the Outfit and Caveat typefaces from Google’s font servers. Your browser contacts Google to fetch them, which means Google receives your IP address and browser user-agent.

  • OpenStreetMap — the map embedded on our Contact page is served by OpenStreetMap. It loads only when you open that page, and doing so sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap.

These providers may process limited information on our behalf, but they are required to protect your data and only use it for the services they provide to us.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
