Your data and content

Where a PixelOrbit Studio application allows you to create, store, edit, organize, or share content, you retain any rights you already hold in that content.

PixelOrbit Studio does not obtain ownership of your personal content merely because you create or manage it using one of our applications.

How particular content is stored, processed, transmitted, or shared depends on the application and is described in the relevant product documentation and privacy policy.

When you intentionally share content with another application or service, that third party’s own terms and privacy practices may apply after the content is transferred.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information that is important to you where an application does not provide cloud backup or recovery.

This may include losses resulting from device failure, loss of locally stored information, third-party services, network interruptions, operating-system changes, or other circumstances outside PixelOrbit Studio’s reasonable control.

You remain responsible for maintaining copies or exports of information that is important to you when an application does not provide recoverable cloud storage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
